At Qasr-E-Musk Perfumers, our story is one of family, heritage, craftsmanship, and an enduring passion for fragrance.

What began in 1949 as a modest business dealing in aromatic oils and traditional perfumery has evolved into a Pakistani fragrance house offering over 300 original fragrance creations and 300+ inspired perfume oils, alongside traditional Arabian attars.

Our journey is about more than selling perfumes. It is about preserving generations of knowledge, developing distinctive fragrances, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Our Story: From Delhi to Karachi — A Journey That Began in 1949

Our fragrance heritage began with Muhammad Jalil Sheikh, son of Muhammad Ismail, who migrated from Delhi to Karachi in 1949.

That same year, he established a business specializing in agarbatti (incense sticks), aromatic oils, and perfume oils, laying the foundation for our family's fragrance tradition.

Following his passing, his son Muhammad Naeem carried the business forward, building upon his father's knowledge while exploring fragrance development and original compositions.

In 2002, Qasr-E-Musk Perfumers was established under its dedicated brand name, beginning a new chapter in the family's journey.

Today, Muhammad Naeem and his four sons — Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Talha, Muhammad Hasan, and Muhammad Babar — proudly continue this legacy, combining traditional knowledge with modern creativity.

The Meaning Behind Qasr-E-Musk — A Kingdom of Fragrances

Our name reflects our vision of creating a world dedicated to fragrance.

Qasr means Palace, while Musk represents one of perfumery's most treasured aromatic materials.

Together, Qasr-E-Musk evokes a Palace of Musk — A Kingdom of Fragrances.

It symbolizes a place where traditional Eastern attars, elegant Western fragrance styles, and exclusive original creations come together.

For us, Qasr-E-Musk represents our heritage, creativity, and dedication to the art of scent.

Original Fragrances — We Don't Just Follow Trends. We Create Our Own.

Originality defines our approach to perfumery.

Between 2002 and 2008, Muhammad Naeem developed signature fragrances including Worship, Agha, Online, Flash, Obey, and Ghalib.

Continuing this tradition after 2020, his son Muhammad Ali developed original creations including Elixir Black, Blue Musk, Be Bold, and Imperial.

Our original fragrances begin with creative concepts and evolve through research, experimentation, formulation, and refinement.

Rather than simply following international fragrance trends, we strive to create distinctive compositions with recognizable identities.

We don't just recreate fragrances. We create fragrances worth remembering.

Inspired Perfume Oils

Alongside our original creations, we offer over 300 inspired perfume oils, exploring fragrance styles associated with internationally recognized perfume houses such as Creed, Dior, and many others.

Our collection offers diverse aromatic experiences, from fresh everyday fragrances to sophisticated woody, floral, and oriental compositions.

Our inspired fragrances are independent Qasr-E-Musk products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands that inspire their scent profiles.

Our Craftsmanship: Research, Patience, and Precision

Creating an exceptional fragrance requires more than simply combining aromatic ingredients. It demands creativity, technical knowledge, experimentation, and patience.

Our development process includes fragrance research, original formulation, repeated trials, and systematic evaluation on blotter strips, skin, and clothing.

We assess longevity, projection, aromatic balance, and performance, including testing under Pakistan's demanding hot-weather conditions.

Some original fragrances require up to two years of development.

Our signature creation Worship, for example, involved approximately six months of research, more than 30 formula trials, a month of testing, and around four months of maceration before release.

Our in-house oil extraction and formulation work keeps us connected to every important stage of our craft.
